Details are not confirmed but the arrests happened early Saturday morning. Protesters refused to leave Senator Beth Johnson Park and the police acted. Among those arrested was Kirk Root, a physically challenged protester who was shamelessly featured in bottomfeeder Tom Tillison’s Tea Party Article about the protesters:
